During the event, companies, agencies, organizations and self-employed workers were recognized for their contribution to the confrontation of COVID-19, especially the Public Health sector and the delegates of the rural community Julio Antonio Mella, highlighted in the contribution to territorial self-sufficiency; La Paz was sung and danced for Cuba.
Zunilda García Garcés, a member of the Central Committee of the PCC and the first secretary in the territory, called on the people to work efficiently, improve economic management and apply collective intelligence, science and innovation to achieve territorial self-sufficiency in correspondence with the ideas , concepts and guidelines emanating from the 8th congress of the PCC.
