• Animal death certificate issued by the accredited Veterinary Technician to certify the deaths of large livestock.
• Owner's identity card. If the declarant does not own the animals, he must present the Power of Attorney granted to him as well as his identity card.

• Document accrediting the ownership of the animals causing the births to be declared (Livestock Registration Certificate)
• Stamp stamp worth $ 5.00 for each animal to be declared as a major livestock (Beef and Equine)
• Owner's identity card. If the declarant does not own the animals, he must present the Power of Attorney granted to him as well as his identity card.

• Individual producers with approved figures and under contract for the delivery of beef and buffalo to the national balance or for foreign exchange sales, will slaughter the animals in slaughterhouses of the Meat Industry and others authorized by the State Veterinary.
• The oxen suitable for animal traction will not be destined for slaughter.
• Females may only be sent to slaughter when they are not suitable for reproduction, a condition duly certified by authorized veterinary personnel and endorsed by the Reproduction Commission.
• Stamp stamp worth $ 5.00 for each animal slaughtered when it is a Cattle or Buffalo.
