Natural persons may carry out purchase-sale transactions with each other or with other non-owners. In order to carry out this procedure, the presence of both parties in the Livestock Registry is an essential requirement.

• In the event that the loss of the livestock owned by a natural person is due to lack, (when the owner does not have a document for not having made the complaint or not having filed for the PNR, the Livestock Registrar will proceed once the measure has been applied that corresponds, to prepare a File to process the removal of the animals, which will be delivered to the Principal Specialist in Genetics and Livestock Registration in the Municipality.
• The Adjustment Request Files prepared by the livestock registrars must meet the requirements established in the Single Annex of Resolution 492/2012 of the Minister of MINAG, where the authorities empowered for their approval are established.
• Once the Adjustment File is approved, it is sent to the Livestock Registry so that the Livestock Registrar, in a term of seven (7) calendar days, summons the owner and carries out the corresponding procedures for the missing animals.
• When dealing with surplus or missing results of statistical errors or errors in the declaration of operations and the legitimacy of the movement is verified, the statistical data will be reconciled and the concept for which the movement occurred in the Livestock Registry will be registered. from the owner.
