Credits for constructive actions

• Instrument aimed at Cuban natural persons in national currency. It allows cash provisions in CUC at the current exchange rate.
• The bank makes a sum available to the client for the purchase of construction materials in the commercial network and the payment of labor. The modalities to be used will be simple credit and line of credit.

Minimum conditions:
• Minimum amount: 1,000.00 CUP.
• Minimum monthly amount: 50.00 CUP.

Scope:
• In all BANDEC branches in the national territory.

Documentation:
• Identification document.
• Application form.
• Credit agreement.
• Documentation requested to formalize the guarantees.

Credits for the purchase of cooking equipment
• Instrument aimed at Cuban natural persons in national currency.
• The bank makes a sum available to the customer for the purchase of food cooking equipment in the commercial network. The modality to be used will be the line of credit.

Minimum conditions:
• Minimum amount: 300.00 CUP.
• Minimum monthly amount: 30.00 CUP.
• Maximum settlement period: 5 years (60 monthly payments)

Scope:
• In all BANDEC branches in the national territory.

Documentation:
• Identification document.
• Application form.
• Documentation requested on the guarantees.

In both cases, the guarantees to be presented may be:
• Joint and several guarantors
• Pledge of Deposit Certificates
• Pledge of Fixed Term Deposits
• Pledge of Fund Formation Accounts (if they reside in the branch that grants the credit)
• Current and savings account collaterals
• Other guarantees included in current legislation are accepted

Demand savings accounts
• Instrument aimed at Cuban and foreign natural persons, both in national currency and freely convertible currency.
• It can be constituted by a single holder (individual) or by more than one, in this case in the indistinct (solidarity) and joint (joint) modalities. They admit beneficiary designation and empowerment in those of individual type.

Minimum conditions:
• Initial deposit: 200.00 CUP / 50.00 CUC.
• Deposits / Withdrawals: 20.00 CUP / 20.00 CUC.
• Minimum balance: 50.00 CUP / 50.00 CUC.

Interests:
• They are paid from 400.00 CUP / 200.00 CUC. Savings interest rates are set by the Treasury Department of the Central Office, which may fluctuate.
Instruments with which it operates:
• With savings passbook or magnetic (debit) card.

Scope:
• In all BANDEC branches in the national territory.

Documentation:
• Identification document.
• Application form.
• Adhesion contract.

Fixed Term Deposit
• Instrument aimed at Cuban and foreign natural persons, both in national currency and freely convertible currency.
• It constitutes a commitment between the client and the bank for savings in certain periods: 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months.
• It can be constituted by a single holder (individual) or by more than one, in this case in the indistinct (solidarity) and joint (joint) modalities. They admit beneficiary designation in those of individual type.

Minimum amounts:
• National Currency (CUP): 100.00 CUP.
• Freely convertible currency (CUC): 200.00 CUC.

Interests:
• Interest will be paid once the term has expired. If the account is closed before the agreed term, the interest on the unexpired term is not paid.
• If the client does not appear on the expiration day, it is extended for the same term and amount.

Scope:
• In all BANDEC branches in the national territory.

It operates with:
• Deposit model.

Documentation:
• Identification document.
• Application form.
• Adhesion contract.

Existing different modalities since there are the certificates of deposits, the fixed terms with advance payments, in addition accounts are opened in USD and in Euros as well.

Fund Formations

Fund Formation accounts may be opened to all those clients, whether or not they are linked to Payment Centers, to whom the corresponding monthly payment can be deducted from their salary, and to pensioners and other Social Security beneficiaries who branches can withhold the monthly payment of their pension or other payment or income they receive. They operate with:

• Accounts for Formation of Funds with Passbook and Network Debit Card in addition. They can only be opened individually. After opening, it is not necessary to attend the Bank to maintain them. The monthly fee to be discounted may vary when the client wishes, communicating it personally at the branch. A beneficiary may be designated. Regardless of the credits they receive for payroll discounts or for the payment of Social Security Coupon stubs, holders may additionally make cash deposits whenever they wish or increase their balance through the kiosk. Interest accrues monthly with a rate of 2.0%. They receive interest subsidy with an additional 2.0% of interest for one year, provided that they have not made withdrawals, that is, they will accrue again the sum of all the interest accrued monthly in those last twelve (12) months

• Accounts associated with Passbooks may make up to five (5) withdrawals, the latter coinciding with the closure of the account. In the case of those associated with Red Debit Cards, they may make up to five (5) debits, the latter not constituting the closure of the account. At the close of the day in which the fifth debit was made within the calendar year (January - December), the interest rate will be changed and will remain so, until 180 days (6 months) have elapsed. If after this time no withdrawals have been made, likewise at the end of the day the interest rate will be restored to 2.0%.

Taxation and transfer payments

Bank transfer is an operation in which the holder of an account available to sight (payer) orders his bank to transfer a sum of money to another account, belonging to the same customer who gave the order or to a different person (beneficiary) .
- This operation thus requires the existence of two accounts: the one linked to the payer (client who orders the transfer and whose account must be debited) in his bank, and the one that exists between the beneficiary (client designated by the payer in the order of transfer whose account must be credited).

Transfers can be sent or received from or to:

- Other BPA branches.
- Other National Banks
* Banco Metropolitano branches.
* Branches of the Banco de Crédito y Comercio.
* Branches of the International Financial Bank.
* Branches of Banco Internacional de Comercio S.A.
- Banks abroad.
- Cuban Institutions.
* FINCIMEX.
* ANTEX.
* Culture Ministry.
- Foreign Institutions
* Consulate General of Spain.


National transfers

- National transfers are issued between branches of the banking system. A natural person can attend a branch of a BPA to send a transfer to a branch of Banco Metropolitano (BANMET) or vice versa.
- The originator of the transfer when appearing at the desired bank branch must also provide the following information:
* Name and surname of the beneficiary
* I.D
* Home address
* Destination branch
* Municipality and province
- The commissions will be depending on whether the transfers sent are to be deposited in the account or to be paid in cash, within the same bank or if they are sent to different banks. These commissions are defined in the Tariff of terms and conditions in force in the BPA.

International transfers

- In order for the money to arrive quickly and safely, it is necessary that when imposing the transfer order, the personal data of the beneficiary in Cuba and the Branch of Banco Popular de Ahorro where you want the money to be received are filled out clearly and accurately. When writing the data, all the details should be offered:

* Names and surnames
* Street, number and apartment
* Between streets
* Location
* Municipality
* Province
* Postal Code
* Phone

Transfermobile

Electronic payment channel through android application or USSD codes that Bandec offers its clients so that they can quickly and safely carry out various operations with their accounts.

Requirements to access the service:

-To require the service you must have a cell line.

-Owning RED debit card issued by Bandec.

-Owning a Multibank card, if you do not have one or both cards, you can apply for them in the bank branches of the territory.

With the application you can:

-Make transfers to other Red Bandec card accounts or other banks.

-Pay electricity, telephone and ONAT services.

-Check the balance of all associated cards.

-Consult the amount of the service invoice that must be paid.

-View the last 10 movements made on the card.

There are two ways to use the service depending on the type of customer device:
1. Through the application designed for android phones.
2. Using the following USSD codes (for non-android phones):

Bantel

Telephone banking service (BANTEL), which gives you the possibility of making service payments and other operations from a phone call.

To make use of this service, interested parties must have a magnetic stripe card issued by Bandec and request BANTEL service at any branch of the bank itself. In addition, they will be given a MULTIBANK card that will have a personal access key (PIN) and the card number that will allow them to identify themselves when they contact the call center.

Calling the number 78671996 in Havana and 080201996 for the rest of the country with preferential rate, you can:

-Pay phone bill
-Pay electricity bill
-Check account balance
-Transfer balances between cards

It can be used from any telephone and allows the payment of more than one invoice, yours or someone else's, charged to the account of the person requesting it if the balance allows it.

¿How to activate the service for the first time?

When calling the indicated telephones, the operator will request:

1. Your MULTIBANCA card number.

2. Then randomly the digits of your password (PIN).

3. A number from your matrix to verify the authenticity of the caller.

4. The code of your invoices only once, since this data will be correctly registered for future payments.

How to carry out the operations?
• Call Monday through Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Identify with your personal password.
• Report on the operation to be performed.
• If you are going to pay for services, offer the code of the corresponding invoices.
• When executing the transaction you will be informed if the payment was registered.
• You can have written proof through the ATM, requesting in the menu of the option the Retrieve payment receipts option, selecting the PRINT option.

Kiosk

This is one of the payment channels that Bandec makes available to natural persons, both its clients and its own workers, at all levels, for the execution of their personal operations. This channel allows them to access electronically the services detailed below, from any PC, mobile or Tablet, either personal or institutional, with access to the national intranet or internet, without the need to go to the bank branch or to an ATM :

Without having a Multibanking Card:

Those clients who do not have a Multibank Card, or having applied for it, do not have it yet, will be able to access the following basic services, which do not imply accounting as they are mainly consultations:
   -Know the balance of the card account with which you have registered and the latest movements made.
   -Consult the limits established for it, daily and by operation.
   -Access the current exchange rate and convert a given amount, both for purchase and for sale.
   -Know the last 10 service payments and / or transfers sent, the payment of a particular invoice that has been paid without being contracted, as well as retrieve, download and print the payment receipt.

With Multi-Bank Card:

After authentication: 

   -Know the balance, latest movements and limits of all your card accounts.

   -Modify the daily limit if necessary (this modification only remains in force 24 hours).
 

   -Make transfers to other RED card accounts, either from Bandec or from other banks, both in national currency and in CUC.
  

   -Send Transfers directed to natural persons to any branch of the banking system.
 

   -Association with one or more multi-bank card accounts and contracting of the different payment channels.
 

  -Contract the payment of services such as:

In the case of paying the invoices for the services provided in CUP, by means of a RED Debit Card in CUC, the CADECA Exchange Rate will be applied.

 -Know the updated balance of all your accounts in Bandec (any of the saving modalities including the formation of funds, personal credits, etc.).
  -Increase the balance of your fund formation account, through transfers from your card account.
  -Amortize personal credits of their own or of other holders with loans in Bandec or in other banks of the system.
  -Change the personal identification number, PIN, of the Multibanca card.
  -Update your profile data, such as email address, telephone and personal phrase.
  -Allows you to download the most updated version of the Transfermóvil application.

  • By means of the ‘Last movements’ option, you can periodically find out the operations carried out on your RED Debit Card account, whether or not they have been ordered by the client, without the need to request the bank to issue Account Statements or pay commissions for it.
  • Through the option of "10 last service payments and / or transfers issued" you can know in a summarized way the References of the payments made.

ATMs

It is a safe and efficient means of payment. - Allows you not to bring large amounts of cash with you. - It facilitates the purchase of products and services in the Network of Stores and ETECSA points that have the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) or POS service, with a discount of up to 5% of the total amount to be paid. - With the development of the different payment channels, it works as a means of payment for services such as telephone bills, electricity bills and taxes. - It allows purchases or sales of CUC by order and account of CADECA S.A, that is, the client can operate with his card in CUP and extract CUC, and vice versa, according to the current exchange rate. - The Magnetic Card is personal and non-transferable. - The maximum daily amount that can be withdrawn at an ATM or at a POS or POS is 20,000 CUP and 5,000 CUC. - The ATM is not capable of dispensing more than 40 tickets per transaction. - Maximum number of times in the day that cash can be withdrawn: 40 Cautions: - Magnetic Cards must be isolated from electronic equipment such as cell phones, computers, televisions, refrigerators, and others, as well as purses or wallets with magnet snaps, because they can demagnetize. - The access code must not be brought with the card, because in case of loss the cash can be withdrawn. - If the client incorrectly enters the password 6 times, the ATM retains the card and must go to the bank branch that serves the ATM, with its means of identification to collect the card. - In each operation carried out at an ATM, the client is asked for the number of his password, to avoid that if by mistake the card is not withdrawn, another person can withdraw the cash.
