As previously reported, the Company is experiencing difficulties in the billing process, which prevented the issuance of the invoice on the customary date, and consequently, this month, customers will not have complete information on the consumption of the telephone service.
For this reason, in the month of November the invoice for October will be issued, and the information on unbilled traffic for September.
The due date for payment of the September invoice will be extended until November 30.
