People interested in building homes on their own efforts on state land must submit their request and justification, also listing the applicant's first and last name, identity card, home address, location, location of the family unit, as well as a sworn statement that He does not own another home, nor is he the owner of a parcel or waste lot to build a home by his own effort.
The allocation of parcels and state wastelands for the construction of houses by own effort will be made to natural persons, who are previously authorized by the corresponding Municipal Administration Council (CAM), taking into account the causes and priorities for such granting and it is legalized before the Municipal Department of Physical Planning (DMPF).
Once the CAM Agreement is received, the payment for the land is made at the bank branch of the place where it is located.
Term: 60 days for the payment of the lot at the bank branch.
Term: 30 business days from the presentation of the bank slick that proves the payment of the lot to obtain the Resolution that recognizes the Perpetual Right of Surface.
The following are established as grounds and priorities for the granting of state parcels and wastelands:
1. Having been affected by disasters.
2. Needed to eradicate precarious conditions.
3. Social and sheltered cases.
4. Located in risk areas, which include seismic hazards, natural disasters and others.
5. For economic-social interest: it is applied in compliance with the country's economic and social policies, for the purpose of establishing a workforce and guaranteeing the economic development of the territory in accordance with the approved territorial and urban planning plans.
6. Also to solve housing deficits, overcrowding and coexistence problems, and others related to the technical-constructive state of the home.
The legal regime of the parcels and state wastelands that are assigned is by way of Perpetual Surface Law, and may be granted to several natural persons to build their homes in the same building and to a natural person to build a single-family home.
The plots to be delivered will have a dimension between 80 and 150 m².
Natural persons submit their request to the Physical Planning Officer (OGTV). The file will contain the application and its justification, the applicant's first and last name, identity card, home address, place of location, composition of the family nucleus and sworn declaration that he does not own another home or is a land owner of a parcel or wasteland to build housing by own effort.
